Well manicured grounds. They had 4 pools, lots of options - they provide pool towels and all other linen. Beach was a 10 min walk, calm and clean, perfect for kids in Frigate Bay. There was no breakfast, but you could buy vouchers at the hotel with your room for the value of USD$16 to redeem at Rituals. The restaurants are right next to door and a short walk away (2 mins), a variety of food is available. I bought no vouchers so I would have the freedom of choosing where and when I could eat. There was a mini mart on the compound where I bought bread, cheese, drinks, fresh fruits, it's equipped with all essential eats and drinks, if you don't want to spend the earth. Very convenient. Lots of eating places - Wok and Roll - delicious Thai/Chinese food. Indian restaurant integrated in Hotel, Lebanese and Sushi place and Pizza Boys. Our last night we went to Rock Lobster 5 min walk away delicious but a little pricey. Most place accept credit cards and you need to have cash for souvenirs and taxis. There was an ATM in our hotel, but I didn't use it.

My stay was smooth and pleasant. The facilities are great. I loved the room with the view at the pool and the garden. It included the essentials (coffee machine, water heater, micro, fridge) , wifi was overall great , there is an atm inside the hotel which I was happy to use as it was compatible with my revolut card. Frigate public beach is nearby , a big super market is 5' walk from the hotel and there are plenty options around the hotel regarding food. The staff was great as well ! I met a few very kind and always willing to help front desk ladies who answered all my questions with a smile.

The price was of value for the property. The facilities in the 'studio' apartment were basic but ok.

The overall ambience of the hotel is wonderful. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were a good size. We did not feel as though we were on top of each other in the space. There was a small kitchenette and appliances that made the stay easier.

Although the facility itself is a bit aged, the pleasant and helpful staff more than made up for this. It is in a central location- walking distance to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. It is also very close to the airport which is a bonus I would recommend the hotel to my friends and colleagues.

great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the cruise ships - still a short drive to the port Zante - great location, staff and vibe. theres an atlantic beach right behind sugar bay hotel you can walk out of beautiful! but also too rough to swim.. can enjoy a beach sitting.

Great hotel, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Shop on site, close to beach, bars, restaurants. What more could you ask for, will definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything! 🫶🏾
